Fresher (0-1 year experience) with Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Assist in sourcing vendors for electrical and mechanical components
- Prepare and process purchase orders as per requirements
- Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Maintain purchase records, invoices, and documentation
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Compare quotations and support cost analysis
- Ensure quality and specifications of purchased items meet requirements
- Coordinate with stores and project teams for material planning
- Basic knowledge of electrical/mechanical components required
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn procurement processes
