Job Title: Fitter (Operations and Maintenance)

Department: Maintenance / Production

Location: Factory

Reporting To: Production Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repair and maintenance of plant machinery (furnaces, pipelines, motors, blowers, etc.)
- Perform fitting, assembly, dismantling, and installation of equipment
- Identify machine problems and fix breakdowns quickly
- Handle welding, gas cutting, and fabrication work (if required)
- Ensure proper alignment, tightening, and smooth operation of machines
- Support preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain tools and equipment properly
- Follow safety practices and use PPE
- Keep work area clean and organised

Skills Required (Most Important):
- Strong hands-on experience in fitting and maintenance work




- Ability to handle breakdown situations independently
- Basic understanding of industrial machines
- Experience in welding/fabrication (preferred)
- Practical problem-solving ability
- Ability to work in factory conditions

Qualification:
- No strict education requirement:
- ITI Fitter is preferred but

Experience:
- Minimum 3-8 years of relevant industrial experience:
Working Conditions:
- Factory workplace
- May require working in shifts or during breakdowns

Important Note:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
