Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the site
- Ensure work is executed as per drawings, plans, and specifications
- Monitor labor productivity and allocate tasks efficiently
- Maintain quality control and ensure standards are followed
- Check materials received and ensure proper usage
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and site discipline
- Maintain site records, reports, and progress updates
- Identify and resolve on-site issues or delays
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work

Civil Supervisor - Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in construction/site supervision
- Good knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Ability to read and understand drawings and BOQ
- Basic knowledge of safety standards and procedures
- Solid leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to work on-site and handle field challenges

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
