Our Dubai-headquartered trading desk runs autonomous options strategies on crypto and equity derivatives, with our technology stack spanning Deribit, Tastytrade, Hyperliquid, and Solana-native DeFi protocols. We are building AI agents that trade, reason, and evolve — and we want traders who think the same way.

THE ROLE

You will be a core member of our HFT & Digital Advisory desk, working directly on live derivatives positions, trade reporting, and strategy research. This is not a back-office role — you will be expected to understand live positions, propose strategic improvements,



and use AI tools to move faster and think more clearly than a traditional analyst ever could.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor and manage live options positions — diagonal spreads, theta strategies, and volatility plays on BTC, ETH, and US equities
- Read, interpret, and act on trade reports — P&L; attribution, Greeks exposure, and drawdown analysis
- Research and back-test options strategies; identify entry and exit signals using data-driven frameworks
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and trade logs using AI tools including Claude, Claude Code, and Cursor
- Collaborate with our AI Agents team to feed market insights into autonomous trading agents
- Support on-chain and off-chain trade reconciliation across Deribit, Tastytrade, and Hyperliquid
