Hiring: Brand Activation Executive / Manager

Location: Gurugram (Head Office)

CTC: ₹8-10 LPA (Negotiable)

Preferred Background:Brand Activation/Event Agency or Mall Marketing_(mandatory)_

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute brand activations, store launches, festive campaigns, and college partnerships.

Identify and manage local events, college fests, and community engagement opportunities across Tier-2 & Tier-3 markets.

Coordinate end-to-end on-ground execution with agencies, vendors, and internal teams.

Ensure activations generate engaging social media content and enhance brand visibility.

Track campaign execution, budgets, and overall effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years of experience in a Brand Activation/Experiential Marketing Agency _(mandatory)_.

Strong hands-on experience in executing on-ground marketing campaigns.

Experience with retail, fashion, mall activations, or college events is preferred.

Excellent coordination, vendor management, and execution skills.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
