What you will do:
- Develop, validate, and maintain CMM inspection programs using PolyWorks (Inspector / PMM / Modeler) for new and existing components.
- Execute offline and online CMM programming to support NPI, process transfers, and sustain production.




- Design and implement PolyWorks Dataloop integrations to enable SPC, trend analysis, feedback loops, and enterprise quality systems.
- Configure inspection of data outputs for real-time analytics, dashboards, and quality monitoring platforms.
- Develop and maintain PolyWorks macros and automation scripts to standardize measurement routines, reporting, and program execution.
- Drive inspection automation and template-based programming to improve efficiency, repeatability, and scalability.
- Perform dimensional inspections, analyze results, and ensure conformance to drawings, CAD models, and specifications.- Generate FAI, inspection reports, capability studies, and validation documentation from PolyWorks measurement data.
- Support First Article Inspections (FAI), MSA, capability studies, and process validations.
