Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and design presentations
- Prepare working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed plans
- Coordinate with interior designers, site engineers, vendors, and clients
- Conduct site visits and ensure design execution as per drawings
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and material specifications
- Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and project requirements
- Assist in project planning, space optimization, and design development




- Coordinate with consultants and contractors during project execution
- Handle revisions and client feedback professionally
- Support the team in delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects

Required Skills:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, or similar software
- Strong knowledge of architectural detailing and space planning
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques
- Excellent design visualization and presentation skills
- Robust communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to manage timelines and multitask effectively

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Registration with COA (Council of Architecture) preferred
