About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage day-to-day business operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, problem-solving, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth execution of processes
- Coordinate with different departments for workflow management and task completion
- Maintain records, reports, and operational documentation
- Handle vendor/client coordination and follow-ups
- Monitor inventory, office supplies, and administrative requirements
- Support HR, sales, or management teams with operational tasks as required
- Identify process improvement opportunities for better efficiency
- Ensure timely reporting and issue resolution

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations,



or related field
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Freshers with strong organizational skills are welcome
