We are looking for a motivated and skilled Banking Operations Executive to support banking and financial services activities. The candidate should have relevant knowledge of banking products such as Life Insurance and Fixed Deposits, along with good communication and customer-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day banking and financial services operations.

Handle customer queries related to banking products and services.

Explain Life Insurance and Fixed Deposit products to customers clearly.

Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product information.

Support customer onboarding and documentation processes.

Maintain accurate customer and transaction-related records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of banking activities.

Follow up with customers regarding applications, documentation, and service requirements.

Ensure that assigned operational tasks are completed accurately and on time.

Maintain professional relationships with customers and provide quality service.

Follow company procedures and applicable banking processes.

Education Job Requirements

Post Graduate





Degree / Specialisation M.Com in Banking and Finance

PGDM in Banking and Insurance

PG Diploma in Banking Operation / Bank Management

MBA in Banking and Insurance

At least one of the above specialisations is required.

Required Skills Knowledge of banking operations.

Knowledge of Life Insurance products.

Knowledge of Fixed Deposits.

Customer service and relationship management.
