Hiring: Phone sales manager – Service to Sales Channel

Channel- Services to Sales (S2S)

CTC: ₹3.25 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Role Overview:

This role involves both customer servicing and life insurance sales. The candidate will handle existing customers, resolve their service queries, and identify opportunities to sell and cross-sell insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end customer service for existing policyholders.

Generate life insurance sales through customer interactions.

Cross-sell and upsell insurance products based on customer needs.

Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent service.

Coordinate with branch teams for smooth policy issuance and servicing.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Experience in BFSI, insurance, banking, sales, or customer service preferred.

- Age upto 34

- Good communication, customer handling, and sales skills.

- Local candidates preferred.
