Job Purpose
Sale of International Trade and Forex products to customers of mapped branches. Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other regulatory guidelines while maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Business Targets
Ensure completion of business targets.
Current Customer Acquisition
Conduct joint visits with branch staff to pitch RTFX products and perform due diligence for compliance.
Activation of Existing Customers on RTFX Products
Train branch staff and conduct joint visits to activate customers on RTFX products.
Retention of Customers Availing RTFX Products
Ensure seamless delivery, prevent poaching, and monitor compliance risks.
Business Development
Achieve RTFX income targets, activate portfolios, identify opportunities, and support marketing promotions.
Maximising Revenue
Negotiate pricing, rationalize customer-specific pricing, and promote forward cover solutions.
Documentation & Approvals
Guide customers on documentation, resolve deficiencies, and obtain approvals for deviations.
Adherence to RTFX Desk Processes
Meet scorecard objectives, achieve cross-sell targets, and close Trade Customer leads in CRM Next.
Product Knowledge, Innovation and Providing Solutions
Resolve complex transactions, address queries, and provide solutions for product/process/system issues.
Risk Mitigation, Monitoring and Portfolio Quality
Ensure regulatory compliance,
report suspicious transactions, and follow up on submissions and recoveries.
Audit & Compliance
Monitor operations, utilize audit feedback, and train branches on improvements.
Training and Capacity Building
Identify knowledge gaps in branch staff and provide training.
Education:
MBA in Finance/Marketing.
Certifications:
CDCS, CITF, CTF.
Key Competencies
Analytical skills, communication skills, product knowledge, customer acquisition, compliance expertise.
