About the Role

Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions across healthcare operations including billing, revenue cycle, patient workflows, and finance. Build production-grade bots integrated with SAP, healthcare systems, and APIs. Own the full lifecycle from process analysis architecture development testing deployment monitoring.

Required: 2+ years from professional RPA services firms + 10+ completed RPA projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Design & architect RPA solutions for healthcare automation (billing, RCM, referrals, claims, AP)
- Develop queue-driven, REFramework-based bots integrated with SAP, HIS, billing platforms
- Build intelligent document processing workflows (healthcare forms, insurance docs, medical records)
- Create reusable components, libraries, and custom activities for bot development




- Integrate RPA bots with enterprise systems (REST APIs, SOAP, direct connectors)
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated bot build, test, and deployment
- Author & maintain professional documentation (PDD/SDD/BRD per consulting standards)
- Design & execute comprehensive test automation frameworks
- Monitor production bots; troubleshoot issues; maintain 99%+ uptime
- Manage Orchestrator: queues, assets, credentials, environments, resource allocation
- Mentor junior developers on RPA best practices & production operations
- Ensure security & compliance: API key management, PII masking, audit trails, data logging

Preferred Qualifications

- UiPath Advanced Developer or Document Understanding Specialist certification
