RPA Faculty – Position: Assistant Professor / RPA Faculty

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 1–5 Years

Qualification: M.Tech/M.E./MCA/M.Sc./Ph.D. in Computer Science, IT, Automation, RPA, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions on Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
- Develop course content, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
- Guide students on RPA projects and industry-oriented applications.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and hands-on training.
- Mentor students in automation projects and career development.
- Participate in academic activities, research, and departmental initiatives.

Required Skills:

- RPA concepts, architecture, and automation lifecycle
- UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
- Workflow and process automation
- RPA bot development and deployment
- Excel, databases, and API integration
- Web and desktop automation
- Exception handling and debugging
- OCR and document processing
- Basic knowledge of AI/ML integration with RPA
- Positive communication and teaching skills

Preferred: RPA certifications, industry experience, research publications, or prior teaching experience.
