We are looking for a Senior Analyst Customer Support to manage customer queries and provide effective support across banking and insurance processes. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, problem-solving, analytical, and customer-handling skills, along with an understanding of financial services and insurance operations.

Job Details

Process: Banking insurance

Experienced: Up to 10LPA (Based on current CTC and relevant experience)

Qualification Criteria

Education: Grads

Excellent verbal communication skills in English

Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational offs

Experience Required

Mandatory: Experience in international voice process for experienced candidates

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries related to banking, insurance, accounts, policies, claims, payments, and transactions.
- Provide timely and accurate resolution through voice, email, or chat support.
- Manage customer complaints, escalations, and complex cases while ensuring high customer satisfaction.




- Verify customer information and process requests in accordance with SOPs, SLA, compliance, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues within defined TAT.
- Maintain accurate case records, documentation, and customer information.
- Monitor and prioritize cases based on urgency and business impact.
- Perform basic root cause analysis and identify recurring customer issues.s related to call quality, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.
- Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Assist with knowledge sharing, process updates, and training for team members when required.
