The work: As a Solution & Innovation Advisory Senior Manager, you provide high-touch sales support to our Strategy and Consulting teams focused on the Life Sciences Industry globally. This work will include but is not limited to the following: Planning and Origination Support annual planning to outline sales targets, target clients, and enhance sales assets. Conduct ongoing research to identify which companies to target over the next 6-12 months.

Support sales / pipeline reviews with leaders. Prepare for and support first conversations with potential clients. Proposals / Orals Define proposal response requirements and best sales messaging approach.

Bring the latest knowledge and best of content to each opportunity (e.g., industry trends benchmarking, competitive insights, etc.). Help shape the overall solution (approach, team, pricing, differentiators, etc.) to best fit the deal requirements. Prepare and help lead orals with innovative ways of selling to help differentiate Accenture.

Content

Management / Continuous Improvement Support development of go-to-market approach / assets. Maintain a global repository of sales assets (e.g., proposals, stage 0 decks credentials, etc.). Conduct reviews (loss/delivery) with client teams to understand how we can improve sales and harvest deliverables.

Key Responsibilities: Industry-Specific Deal Support: Own the end-to-end deal solutioning, including solution architecture, feasibility assessments, business case development, and proposal creation for clients across Life Sciences industry.

Multi-Team Engagement: Partner & Collaborate with multiple teams across Accenture involved in selling & delivering work including Market Leads, Client Account Leads,



Global Network Teams, and other Sales Support teams (including other teams in SA team).

Thought Leadership & Asset Creation: Stay current on emerging Life Sciences trends and contribute to thought leadership and reusable assets that reinforce Accenture’s positioning.

Qualifications: Life Sciences Expertise: o Minimum 10 years in Life Sciences/Pharma with focus on CRM, commercial operations, Sales and Marketing.

Experience in global CRM migrations and omnichannel marketing preferred.

o Hands-on experience with Veeva CRM, Salesforce Sales/Service/Marketing Cloud.

o Familiarity with FDA, EFPIA, IFPMA guidelines.

o Strong analytical skills for KPI tracking and performance optimization o Solid understanding of emerging technologies such as Agentic/Gen AI and their application across key LS Commercial value chain. Leadership & Solution Advisory Excellence:

o 10+ years of experience in consulting or pre-sales leadership roles, particularly in the Life Sciences industry.

o Demonstrated success in leading complex solution advisory engagements, including crafting proposals, solution design, and presenting to C-suite executives.

o Must support/mirror working hours for the supported market/geography or other business area. Must be versatile with working hours to meet shifting business needs.

o Proven experience in offerings, assets and POV development.

Business Acumen & Communication: Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to influence senior client decision-makers in multiple industries. Proven ability to work in a cross functional set up encompassing multiple geographies.

Education: MBA from a tier 1 institute
