Verify Shipments: Receive incoming raw materials or finished goods from suppliers.
- Match Documents: Cross-check delivered items against the Purchase Order (PO) and Delivery Challan for accurate quantity and specifications.
- Quality Check: Inspect goods for damage or defects and report discrepancies immediately to the purchase department and vendors.
- Log Inwards: Prepare Goods Received Notes (GRN) for every accepted shipment.
- Material Tagging: Label and categorize items with barcodes or bin cards for quick identification.
- Auditing: Conduct weekly or monthly physical stock verification (cycle counting) to match physical inventory with system data.
- Documentation: Generate Delivery Challans, Invoices, and Gate Passes for any material leaving the premises.
- Loading Supervision: Oversee the secure loading and unloading of goods.
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
