Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided databases and leads.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries regarding residential/commercial projects.
- Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits with clients and sales executives.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Update customer details and call records in CRM/software.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and customer support.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate sales and customer handling.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.




- Ability to work under target-based workplace.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
- Positive attitude and professional behavior.

Educational Qualification
- Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline.

Experience
- 0-3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.

Salary

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
