Key Responsibilities: Store & Inventory Management
- Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials
- Monitor inward and outward movement of goods
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and inventory audits
- Ensure proper storage and identification of export materials

Export Dispatch Coordination
- Coordinate packing and dispatch activities as per export schedules
- Prepare goods for shipment according to international packaging standards
- Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and export departments for timely dispatch

Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain GRN, delivery challans, stock registers, and dispatch records
- Support export documentation processes and shipment tracking

Warehouse Operations
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper organization of the store
- loading and unloading activities
- Ensure proper handling of materials to avoid damage or shortages





Coordination & Compliance
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and quality departments
- Follow company SOPs and export compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and inventory control procedures

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of store operations
- Basic understanding of export dispatch processes
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and inventory management systems
- Attention to detail and record-keeping ability
- Ability to work under deadlines

Qualifications:
- Graduate, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in store/warehouse operations, preferably in export industry

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
