The Role We are looking for a proactive, trend-savvy Video Content Creator to be the visual voice of Opticsfit. If you know how to shoot, edit, and create scroll-stopping product content that drives sales, we want you.

What You’ll Do
- Own the Process: Ideate, shoot, and edit original video content (Reels, Shorts) independently. No waiting for briefs.
- Build Desire: Create product-focused videos and carousels that stop the scroll and convert viewers into customers.
- Collaborate: Work with our marketing team to align your organic content with product drops and paid ad funnels.
- Stay Ahead: Jump on platform trends creatively without losing the core Opticsfit brand aesthetic.
- Analyze & Adapt: Track what performs best and continuously test new hooks, pacing, and captions.

What You Need




- Proven experience creating high-performing social video content (e-commerce/D2C experience is a strong advantage).
- Strong smartphone shooting, lighting, and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.).
- A native understanding of Instagram and YouTube trends.
- _Bonus: Experience coordinating with influencers for content creation is a major plus._
- A robust portfolio or reel (mandatory for consideration).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

- Mira Road, Thane, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
