We are looking for a highly organised and responsible person to manage our day-to-day operations and inventory system. The role mainly involves handling stock management, barcode systems, inventory accuracy, order operations, and software management through platforms like Unicommerce, Vastra, Shiprocket, Shopify, etc.

Key ResponsibilitiesInventory Management
- Maintain accurate daily inventory records across all systems
- Enter and update recent stock in Unicommerce/Vastra software
- Create and manage product SKUs, barcode mapping, and stock entries
- Ensure every inward and outward stock movement is properly updated
- Monitor stock availability for website, store, and wholesale orders
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical inventory checks
- Identify inventory mismatches and resolve discrepancies immediately
- Maintain category-wise, size-wise, and colour-wise inventory accuracy
- Track damaged, missing, returned, or defective inventory separately
- Generate daily/weekly inventory reports

Barcode & Software Operations
- Generate and manage barcode labels for all products




- Ensure barcode scanning and tagging is done correctly
- Handle inventory operations on:
- Unicommerce
- Vastra
- Shopify
- Shiprocket
- Other operational software used by the company
- Maintain accurate syncing between systems and physical inventory
- Update product details, SKU codes, and stock counts in software

Order & Dispatch Operations
- Ensure inventory is deducted correctly during every sale
- Coordinate with packing and dispatch team
- Monitor order processing flow from order received to dispatch
- Ensure zero overselling and minimum stock mismatch issues
- Coordinate with courier/logistics team when required
- Handle returns, exchanges, and restocking updates properly

Warehouse & Process Management
- Organise warehouse stock systematically
- Maintain inward/outward stock registers
- Improve operational efficiency and inventory processes
