Job objective:
To lead the daily business operations and service delivery of the multi-sport arena, ensuring a high-quality experience for recreational players while building the operational framework for a professional coaching and career-development academy.

Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of recreational sports slots and professional coaching programs to ensure maximum court utilization.
- Ensure a seamless journey for both casual players and aspiring professional athletes through high-quality customer service and facility readiness.
- Supervise ground staff, front-desk teams, and sports coaches to maintain consistent service standards across all shifts.
- Drive facility income by managing memberships, booking fees, and the upcoming launch of professional coaching packages.
- Establish standard operating procedures for court bookings, equipment rentals, and athlete progress tracking.




- Ensure the facility remains a protected environment for physical activity by enforcing player conduct rules and health protocols.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 0-3 years of operational experience in a sports complex, gym, or recreational club.
- Proven experience in managing customer-facing teams and multi-sport scheduling.
- Strong understanding of the local sports market and community engagement strategies.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance to serve as a high-quality representative of the FTS brand.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
