Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Relationship & Operations Executive to handle client coordination along with operational and field-related tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, drafting ability, and readiness to manage both office and outside work efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries and maintain robust relationships
- Handle dispatch of documents through post office/courier services
- Visit post offices and government departments for official documentation work
- Ensure proper tracking and record of all dispatched documents
- Maintain and update MIS reports and operational data

Key Requirements:




- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good command over English (written & spoken)
- Strong drafting and documentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Word & Excel
- Pleasant personality with professional behavior
- Willingness to travel locally for official work (post office, govt. offices, etc.)

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
