Job Summary:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers in the store
- Explain products, offers, and pricing to customers
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Support daily sales activities and achieve sales targets
- Maintain good customer relationships and customer satisfaction
- Assist in billing and payment handling if required
- Ensure proper display and cleanliness of products in the store
- Coordinate with team members for smooth store operations
- Monitor stock availability and inform management about shortages
- Follow company policies and maintain discipline in the workplace

Eligibility Criteria:




- Fresher to 1 year of experience in retail/store sales
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales operations and customer handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a team setting

Educational Qualification:
- Any Degree/BBA or Marketing

Languages Required:
- English
- Kannada
- Hindi

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
