About the Role

We are looking for a highly proactive, street-smart, and execution-oriented person to work directly with the Founder and coordinate across all major departments of the company.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate regularly with 9 department heads for operational updates
- Collect daily, weekly, and monthly data from departments
- Track pending tasks and ensure timely follow-ups
- Escalate delays, operational gaps, and important issues to management

Reporting & MIS
- Prepare daily MIS reports, summaries, dashboards, and presentations
- Consolidate data from multiple departments into actionable reports
- Analyze operational performance and highlight key observations
- Maintain trackers and performance sheets

Founder Support
- Work closely with the Founder on business priorities
- Assist in execution of strategic and operational initiatives
- Ensure instructions from leadership are properly communicated and implemented
- Attend meetings and prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting)

Operations Monitoring




- Maintain discipline in reporting systems and timelines
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Accounts, Sales, Recruitment, and other teams
- Ensure proper information flow between departments
- Help solve day-to-day operational bottlenecks

Process & Accountability
- Build systems for smoother communication and tracking
- Monitor task completion and accountability across teams
- Improve reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
