We're now looking for someone to own recruitment delivery end-to-end — sourcing, screening, closing — for mandates ranging from Analyst to VP/CXO level.

What you'll do:
Own full-cycle hiring for active fund/portfolio mandates

Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and BVC's community

Build and manage relationships with hiring partners & founders

Track pipeline health and drive time-to-fill down

Who we're looking for:
2-5 years in recruitment/TA (search firm, in-house, or startup)

Bonus: exposure to VC/PE/startup hiring

High ownership. Fast execution. No hand-holding needed.

Comp: Fixed + placement-linked incentives

Location: Delhi (Hybrid)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
