Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze functional issues, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions.
- Act as a L3 incident support contact for end‑to‑end serialization processes ensuring root cause analysis is found,



proposing solution and potentially escalating incident to L4 Antares support teams.
- Create or update Functional specifications for system enhancements and new features.
- Collaborate with technical teams for solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment. Coordinate the implementation of small projects.
- Lead functional testing: prepare test cases, execute tests (dry runs/SIT), and support validation documentation.
- Provide ongoing support to manufacturing sites and supply chain partners to ensure serialization readiness and business continuity.
- Monitor system performance and proactively recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate process documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
- Train and support end users to ensure correct adoption of serialization tools and processes.

Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Serialization platforms, ideally Antare
