Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by implementing promotional strategies, upselling, and motivating the team.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Address performance issues, conduct appraisals, and foster a positive, productive work workplace.
- Operations & Financials: Manage the store budget, control operational expenses, handle cash and POS systems, and prepare P&L; (Profit and Loss) reports.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels to prevent stockouts, coordinate with suppliers, conduct regular audits, and reduce shrinkage/losses.
- Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve escalated complaints, and maintain a welcoming in-store atmosphere.
- Compliance & Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store layout, displays, and signage adhere to brand guidelines. Ensure compliance with all local labour, licensing, and health and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
