Job Title: Security Officer

Location: Factory at Jadcherla, near Hyderabad

Role Overview:
We are looking for a disciplined and responsible Security Officer to manage and supervise all security operations at our manufacturing facility in Jadcherla. The role involves ensuring safety of personnel, materials, and assets, and maintaining strict control over entry, exit, and site security procedures. Ex-servicemen will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for factory security and safety
- Supervision and deployment of security guards across shifts
- Monitoring entry and exit of employees, visitors, vehicles, and material
- Maintaining gate registers, visitor logs, and material movement records
- Ensuring adherence to security SOPs and company policies
- Conducting regular security checks and patrols within the factory premises
- Handling emergencies such as theft, fire, accidents, or trespassing
- Coordinating with local police, fire department, and other authorities when required
- Reporting security incidents and preparing daily and monthly security reports




- Ensuring discipline, turnout, and training of security staff

Eligibility & Experience:
- Ex-servicemen (Army, Navy, Air Force, or Paramilitary) preferred
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in industrial or factory security
- Experience in managing security guards and shift operations
- Familiarity with gate control, material inward/outward procedures, and CCTV monitoring

Skills & Competencies:
- Robust sense of discipline and integrity
- Good communication skills (Telugu and basic Hindi/English preferred)
- Ability to handle pressure and emergency situations calmly
- Basic knowledge of security documentation and reporting
- Physically fit and alert

Work Conditions:
- Factory-based role
- Shift duty, including night shifts can be required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
