A Retail Sales Incharge (also called Sales In-Charge or Retail Supervisor in some companies) is responsible for managing daily store sales operations, supervising staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Main Responsibilities
- Supervising sales staff and assigning duties
- Monitoring daily sales performance
- Ensuring excellent customer service
- Handling customer complaints and escalations
- Managing stock, inventory, and product displays
- Opening and closing the store
- Preparing sales reports and maintaining records
- Training recent employees
- Coordinating with store managers and suppliers
- Achieving monthly sales targets
