Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Expert -Education Sector-Admissions -Freelancer to promote our courses, generate qualified leads, and convert them into enrollments. This is a performance-based chance, ideal for self-motivated individuals who thrive on results and want to work with a growing aviation brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Converting the leads into enrollments/Admissions.
- Team Management
- Lead Generation
- Follow up for lead closures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in the education/training sector).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Passion for aviation or interest in the education/training industry is a plus.
Compensation:
Revenue-Based Commission
You will be paid a percentage-based commission on each successful course enrollment. Higher conversions = Higher earnings.
