Key Responsibilities:
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of valves and components.
- Check dimensions using measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports and quality documents.
- Identify quality issues and coordinate with Production for corrective actions.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Handle calibration records of measuring instruments.
- Support internal audits and quality improvement activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to QC activities.
- Coordinate with stores, production, and dispatch departments regarding quality matters.

Required Skills:
- Knowledge of quality inspection processes in manufacturing industry.




- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments.
- Positive documentation and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word, ERP preferred).

Qualification:
- Diploma / BE Mechanical OR ITI with relevant QC experience.

Experience:
- 1 to 4 years experience in Quality Control preferred.
- Experience in valve manufacturing industry will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
