Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes

Pass journal entries and maintain the General Ledger (GL)
Handle invoice processing and documentation

Support bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation




Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance tasks

Maintain records of vouchers, bills, and financial documents

Support preparation of MIS reports and financial statements

Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for payment follow-ups

Assist during audits and provide required documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications

B.Com / M.Com (preferred)

2-5 years of experience (Freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Familiarity with Tally / ERP systems
Good knowledge of MS Excel
Robust attention to detail and accuracy
Preferred Industry Experience
Exposure to Garment / Manufacturing / Export House industry will be an advantage.

Compensation

₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)
