Job Opening - Store HR Executive

We are hiring for the position of Store HR Executive.

Location: Rahul Raj, Parla Point, City Light, Lalgate
Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Salary 11000 to 19000

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for store staff
- Conduct employee onboarding & joining formalities
- Manage training & development activities
- Coordinate daily store HR operations and staff management
- Maintain employee attendance and HR records
- Handle employee engagement activities
- Resolve employee grievances and maintain healthy work culture
- Support performance management and discipline processes

Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA HR preferred
- Experience in retail HR preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
- Ability to manage manpower and store operations effectively

Salary: As per interview & experience

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
