About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and execution-focused professional to manage manpower operations and support business development activities across multiple locations. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong ownership, problem-solving ability, and client coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manpower Operations
- Manage end-to-end manpower deployment including sourcing, hiring, onboarding, and mobilization
- Coordinate workforce across multiple client locations
- Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements as per client needs
- Handle attendance, salary coordination, discipline, and employee grievances
- Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and field staff for smooth operations
- Ensure timely replacement and workforce availability
- Maintain strong client satisfaction through effective execution

Business Development & Client Management
- Support new client acquisition through lead generation and follow-ups
- Participate in client meetings and requirement discussions
- Assist in commercial discussions and business closure




- Maintain relationships with existing clients and identify growth opportunities
- Support achievement of business growth and revenue targets

HR & Compliance
- Support HR processes, SOPs, and documentation management
- Maintain employee records and compliance documentation
- Assist with statutory compliance and audits
- Support training, retention, and performance tracking initiatives

Skills Required:
- Strong communication and client-handling skills
- Good coordination and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of staffing/manpower operations preferred
- Basic understanding of labour laws and compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and handle field challenges
- Willingness to travel extensively across locations
- Solid ownership mindset and execution focus
