Job Title: Software Sales Representative (Medical Background)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Software Sales Representative with a strong medical/pharma background (MR profile preferred) to promote and sell healthcare software solutions to hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell healthcare/medical software products to doctors, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features and benefits to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the technical/support team for successful product implementation.




- Maintain daily sales reports, client feedback, and market intelligence.
- Identify new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Attend medical conferences, healthcare events, and promotional activities when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in Medical Representative (MR), Pharma Sales, Healthcare Sales, or Software Sales.
- Good understanding of healthcare industry practices and hospital workflows.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel locally for client meetings and field sales activities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Experience in selling healthcare software, EMR/EHR, HMS, or SaaS products is an added advantage.
- Valuable network with doctors, clinics, and hospitals preferred.
