Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Communicate with potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Provide product or service information to customers.
Maintain customer database and sales records.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare sales reports and update CRM system regularly.
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients.

Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
Ability to handle customer queries effectively.
Strong convincing and presentation skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).





Qualification: Graduate in any field (Business/Marketing preferred)

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in sales, tele-sales, or customer handling. Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Job location -Pandesara,(Surat)

Job Timing-10:00 am to 7:00 pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
