Job Title: Estimator & Project Coordinator - Commercial Kitchen, Bakery & Laundry Equipment
Location: Mumbai, India

Role Snapshot:
We’re looking for a dual-role professional to handle cost estimation and project coordination for commercial kitchen, bakery, and laundry equipment, catering supplies, and AMCs (Annual Maintenance Contracts). You’ll be the bridge between sales, customers, and installation teams across Mumbai.

What You’ll Do:
- Prepare accurate estimates and BOQs for equipment, supplies, and AMCs
- Coordinate project timelines from order to installation and handover
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal service teams
- Track AMC schedules, renewals, and service deliverables
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to spec

You Bring:




- 2-4 years of experience in estimation + project coordination (kitchen/laundry equipment or related B2B industry preferred)
- Basic understanding of commercial kitchen, bakery, and laundry layouts
- Strong Excel, communication, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across Mumbai
- Local language fluency (Hindi/Marathi + English)
