Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in Sage/Salesforce CRM development and customization
- Work on workflows, reports, dashboards, and CRM functionalities
- Support integrations, testing, and deployment activities
- Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams for requirement gathering and implementation
- Maintain documentation and follow development standards

Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of any programming language
- Understanding of OOP concepts and databases
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and willingness to learn
- Knowledge of CRM platforms is an added advantage
