Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify RA Bills, final bills, and subcontractor bills.
- Measure quantities from drawings and site execution.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Track project progress and update billing records accordingly.
- Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for work completion verification.
- Verify contractor/vendor bills based on actual executed quantities.
- Maintain billing documentation, measurement sheets, and reconciliation records.
- Ensure compliance with contract terms, specifications, and company billing procedures.
- Reconcile material consumption and work quantities.
- Assist in project cost control and budget monitoring.




- Coordinate with clients for bill certification and approvals.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil billing and quantity surveying.
- Understanding of construction drawings and BOQ preparation.
- Knowledge of RA billing, reconciliation, and rate analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP/Billing software.
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Robust communication and coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of contract management and billing procedures
