Factory Helper - Roles & Responsibilities
- Loading and unloading materials in the factory
- Assisting machine operators and production staff
- Packing, labeling, and handling finished products
- Cleaning machines, tools, and work areas
- Helping in material movement and storage
- Following safety rules and company guidelines
- Supporting maintenance and housekeeping activities
- Checking products for basic quality issues
- Assisting in dispatch and inventory work
- Performing other factory-related tasks assigned by supervisors
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of factory work
- Hardworking and physically fit
- Teamwork and discipline
- Ability to follow instructions properly
- Punctual and responsible attitude
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
