Key Account Manager - Cement, Mining & Infrastructure

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts in the cement, mining, and infrastructure sectors. The role involves developing solid client relationships, identifying business opportunities, coordinating technical and commercial solutions, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts across cement plants, mining companies, and infrastructure projects
- Develop long-term relationships with procurement, operations, maintenance, and project teams
- Identify opportunities for product sales, aftermarket services, and annual contracts
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate contracts
- Coordinate with engineering, service, logistics, and operations teams for timely execution
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and site inspections
- Track project pipelines, tenders, shutdown schedules, and expansion projects
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, profitability, and account growth




- Resolve customer issues related to supply, quality, and service support
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends in the heavy industry sector
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and MIS reports

Required Skills:
- Strong B2B sales and account management skills
- Knowledge of cement manufacturing, mining operations, or infrastructure projects
- Technical understanding of industrial equipment, consumables, or engineering solutions
- Negotiation and relationship management
- Tendering and contract management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- CRM proficiency such as Salesforce or SAP
- Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Mining/Electrical) or Business Management
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage
- 5+ years of experience in cement, mining, construction, industri
