Lead, supervise, and motivate the floor team.
- Assign daily counters, roles, and targets.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and improve walk-in conversion.
- Support on-floor selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Ensure grooming, SOP, and discipline compliance.
- Handle VIP clients and high-value customers.
- Manage billing accuracy, stock tally, and payment supervision.
- Plan and execute promotions, events, and exhibitions.
- Train staff and improve performance of low achievers.
- Resolve customer and staff issues on priority.
- Maintain luxury store ambience and service quality.
- Track reports, competitor activity, and team performance.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
