Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage assigned business vertical
- Develop sales and growth strategies
- Handle team operations and performance
- Coordinate with hiring, training, and management teams
- Build strong client and student engagement processes
- Improve overall business productivity
Required Skills:
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of EdTech business model
- Team management and operations handling
- Strategic planning and execution
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Prior EdTech or education industry experience preferred
- Graduation
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
