Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales and Client Conversion:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales leads and convert them into confirmed clients
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable event solutions
- Conduct regular follow-ups, negotiations, and close deals within defined timelines
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and conversion targets




- Prepare quotations, proposals, and manage pricing discussions

Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with vendors including venues, decorators, caterers, photographers, and other partners
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure profitability and client satisfaction
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and regularly update vendor records
- Act as a bridge between clients and vendors to ensure smooth coordination

Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Ensure smooth communication from initial inquiry to deal closure
- Address client concerns in a proactive and professional manner
- Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals

Internal Coordination and Reporting:
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project handover and execution
- Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups
