Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests before, during, and after their stay.
- Manage check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to keep the properties in pristine condition.
- Monitor bookings, update property listings, and manage pricing on Airbnb and other platforms.
- Address guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure everything is in order.
- Provide local recommendations to guests, enhancing their overall stay experience.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and coordinate restocking as needed.
- Ensure compliance with Airbnb guidelines and local regulations.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Airbnb host, co-host, or property manager is preferred.
- Own conveyance is mandatory, as the properties are 30 minutes apart.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A friendly and approachable personality with a guest-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle unexpected situations with poise and efficiency.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to manage Airbnb listings and communications.
- Familiarity with the Coorg area is a plus.
