Key Responsibilities*

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition*
- End-to-end recruitment for outlet staff,

Chefs ,delivery, warehouse.
- Coordinate with Outlet Managers for manpower planning
- Onboarding, documentation, and induction for recent joiners

2. Payroll & Compliance*
- Monthly payroll processing
- PF, ESI, PT, challans and monthly statutory filings
- F&F; settlements, salary revisions,

3. PMS - Performance Management System*
- Drive appraisal cycle, goal setting, and ratings for all staff
- Share performance reports with HODs and CEO
- Coordinate PIP and training needs based on PMS data

4. RTC - Roster & Time Compliance*
- Manage attendance, shift rosters, and leave
- Handle sandwich leave policy, OT, and double deduction cases
- Resolve employee grievances related to attendance/pay

5.Must Have knowledge of using Ai in HR Related activities is appreciated

*Required Qualifications*
- *Education*: MBA in HR / PGDM HR
- Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)

- Cherlapally, Hyderabad, Telangana (preferred)
