Role Summary

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting daily sales operations, team coordination, lead management, meeting scheduling, reporting, attendance coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between field teams and management. The role requires strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and effective coordination to ensure operational efficiency and timely execution of sales activities.

Key Responsibilities1. Sales Coordination & Lead Management
- Conduct and coordinate daily Zoom meetings with the team at 9:30 AM.
- Ensure smooth coordination among team members for effective communication and alignment.
- Manage and track IndiaMart leads as per the assigned schedule.
- Ensure coverage of all current and follow-up leads on a daily basis.
- Coordinate daily meeting scheduling and ensure achievement of meeting targets.
- Support CRM activities and dealer lifting execution as per business plans.




- Share daily plans with Technical Officers (TO) and follow up on execution.
- Coordinate and support Dealer, Contractor, Architect, and Engineer meetings whenever required.
- Ensure timely punching of orders in designated groups and completion of FMS forms.
- Maintain accurate real-time data updates and ensure complete data compliance.

2. Team Monitoring & Meetings
- Monitor and maintain daily operational checklists including:
- Zoom Meetings
- RA Magic updates
- Attendance and location mapping
- Operational issue tracking
- Ensure all team members are present during EM meetings and maintain smooth coordination during discussions.
- Assist management in operational follow-ups and issue resolution.

3. Attendance & Leave Coordination
- Manage attendance coordination and daily attendance reporting.
- Share daily attendance reports with the HR Manager.
