We are looking for an energetic, creative, and technically skilled Robotics Trainer to handle Robotics, STEM, Coding, and AI-based learning programs for students from Classes 3 to 8. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging hands-on sessions, guiding students in projects and competitions, and developing innovation-driven learning experiences.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training
- Conduct Robotics and STEM classes for students of Grades 3 to 8.
- Teach fundamentals of:
- Robotics
- Electronics
- Sensors & Motors
- Block-based Coding
- Arduino Basics
- AI & IoT Fundamentals
- Engineering Concepts
- Simplify technical concepts for school students using activity-based learning.
- Handle practical lab sessions and project-based learning.

Curriculum & Classroom Management
- Follow the Robotics curriculum and planner provided by the organization.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, and assessments.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student engagement.
- Track student attendance, performance, and project progress.





Project & Competition Support
- Mentor students for:
- Science Exhibitions
- Robotics Competitions
- Innovation Challenges
- STEM Events
- RoboFest Activities
- Assist students in building cutting-edge working models and prototypes.

Technical Responsibilities
- Assemble and troubleshoot robotics kits and components.
- Maintain lab equipment and inventory.
- Support installation and setup of Robotics/STEM lab equipment in schools.
- Ensure safe usage of tools, batteries, and electronic components.

Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with school management and faculty members.
- Provide periodic updates to parents and coordinators regarding student progress.
- Participate in workshops, demo sessions, and promotional events.
