We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Sales Assistant to manage backend sales operations, coordinate technical documentation, and support our business development team.
Job Summary

The Sales Assistant will act as the backbone of our sales department. You will handle administrative tasks, maintain the sales database, assist in drafting techno-commercial proposals, and coordinate between clients and our internal technical/design teams. Your goal is to ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly and efficiently from the office.
Key Responsibilities




- Proposal & Documentation Support: Assist Sales Managers in preparing professional quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and tender documents.
- Lead & Database Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, track sales pipelines, and manage follow-up schedules.
- Internal Coordination: Coordinate with the internal engineering and design teams to gather technical specifications required for proposals.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule client presentations, follow-up calls, and site visits for the sales team.
- Reporting: Prepare weekly or monthly sales status reports, tracking active quotes, won contracts, and upcoming AMC renewals.
