As we continue to expand, we are looking for passionate and driven professionals to grow along with our organization as an HR Executive.

Qualification
- Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certifications/specializations in Recruitment, Employee Engagement, HR Analytics, etc. will be an added advantage

Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or related field

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition processes
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and databases




- Handle attendance, leave management, and HRMS updates
- Assist employees with HR-related queries and support
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, and communication materials
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures
- Coordinate HR activities and employee engagement initiatives

Required Skills:
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Attention to detail and documentation skills

What We’re Looking For
